I was the Lead Art Outrsourcing Manager for character accessories on the battle royale Rumbleverse at Iron Galaxy. I was responsible for managing three external teams, across concept art, 3d asset creation, and tech art. I provided actionable art feedback, performed hands on 3d work, created pipeline documentation, handled daily internal tasking to the os team, regularly presented to external partners, and evaluated and onboarded new OS vendors. I worked closely with the internal character art, production and tech art team to ensure our project goals were being met from both an artistic and a technical standpoint. The character art initiative would not have been possible without our excellent Lead Character Artist who led the character effort, Steven Kosanovich, whom I closely collaborated with throughout the project.
