InContext Solutions (Unity)
I owned both the production and product aspects of 3D content. I led a team of 3D artists creating full retail environments in Unity for our proprietary 3d editing software used for market research. In addition to 3D asset creation, video editing, optimization, 3D outsourcing, and working with our pipeline team to increase efficiency and quality. I also played an active role on the Product and Design team to ensure our 3D content was strategic and aligned with the broader roadmap. To create a retail space with hundreds of pieces of content and a very small team of artists we had to create our own unique pipeline, which involved shooting actual stores ourselves, utilizing in house tech and outsourcing resources to deliver on fast turn around times for our clients. Below is one of many store environments that I led, including art direction, outsourcing management, static env building, scene assembly and lighting.
